Pick up from the International Terminal is only available for customers who have booked online and with pick up location "Auckland International Terminal".

The most convenient pick-up and return location for the rental car is Car Park D, which is situated about 100 metres (a 2–3-minute walk) from the Auckland International Terminal building. Simply select Auckland International Terminal when booking online to ensure car collection at this location—there's no need for a shuttle and no airport surcharge applies, unlike with other rental companies.

Directions to Car Park D

Exit the terminal building from Door-8, and follow the sign "Standard D & E" to reach in Car Park D.

The blue arrow on helpful maps indicates the walking path from the terminal to Car Park D, while green arrows mark the car entry and exit points at Car Park D.

Usually, pick up process takes 10 minutes. To ensure a smooth and quick vehicle pick-up, please have the following documents ready for verification:

Driver Licence

All drivers must hold a current full driver licence. If your licence is not in English, you must present an official English translation or an International Driver Permit (IDP) along with your original licence. Please note that most European licences are not accepted without an official translation.

Address Proof

Acceptable proof of address is limited to your passport or driver licence. This is required for communication and verification purposes.

Credit Card

A valid credit card or Visa debit card is required for hire, as a bond (minimum $400) must be held for security for all hires. An imprint of your card will be taken at pick-up, and the applicable excess amount will be authorised (held), then released at the end of your hire. Cash is not accepted for the bond.

Rental Agreement and Vehicle Photographs

At pick-up, we will take a minimum of 8 time-stamped photos of the vehicle’s interior and exterior as proof of its condition. These photos will be attached to your pick-up inspection sheet, which must be signed by you at the time of collection.

International Terminal Return

Return the car to International Terminal Car Park D, the same location where you picked it up. Please refer to the provided map for entry and exit directions. Returns during office hours (7:00 am – 6:00 pm) are free of charge. Returns outside office hours (6:00 pm – 7:00 am) are allowed for a small additional fee. Our staff are available 24 hours a day to facilitate vehicle pick-up and drop-off at the airport.

Domestic Terminal Return

You may return the car to Domestic Terminal Car Park M if your booking specifies “Auckland Domestic Terminal” as the return location. If you did not book this location but wish to return there, please notify us in advance by phone or email. No location change fee applies when returning between the Domestic and International terminals if communicated in advance. Returns during office hours (7:00 am – 6:00 pm) are free of charge. Returns outside office hours (6:00 pm – 7:00 am) are allowed for a small additional fee. Our staff are available 24 hours a day to facilitate vehicle pick-up and drop-off at the airport.
