WINGS CAR RENTAL, AUCKLAND

You can get your rental car in two ways in Auckland City Centre:

1) Downtown Carpark (31 Customs Street West, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010):

For your convenience, we can drop off and collect the rental car in the heart of Auckland CBD at Downtown Carpark (31 Customs Street West, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010). Book this service online, with pick-up and drop-off locations as “Auckland City Centre (Downtown Car Park).” Our team will meet you at your pick-up and drop-off time in Carpark level 1B near the pay machine.

Just so you know, this service is free during office hours. Drop-off (Return of rental car) is allowed after office hours until 9:00 p.m. at an additional charge of $20.

Office hours:

Mon-Fri: 7:00 am to 6:30 pm

Sat-Sun: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

2) Custom Location:

For your convenience, we can drop off and collect the rental car from your accommodation (i.e., Hotel) in Auckland City Centre. Book this service online with pick-up and drop-off locations as “Deliver to my address,” stating your exact accommodation location. We will drop off and collect the rental car at your booking time.

Just so you know, this service is free during office hours. Drop-off (Return of rental car) is allowed after office hours until 9:00 p.m. at an additional charge of $20.

There are two options to get your rental cars from Auckland Airport:

1) Pick up and drop off the rental car right at the Auckland Airport terminal parking lots:

The rental car can be picked up and dropped off right at the Airport, which will save time compared to the shuttle service. This service costs $15 each way (pick-up and drop-off) and is available 24/7. An airport surcharge applies: $15 each way (pick-up and drop-off). There are no out-of-office hour charges.

I. Book online with pick-up and drop-off locations, selecting a domestic or international terminal. Your flight details will help us track your arrival.

II. For Domestic terminal: Pick up and Drop off your car from Car-Park “M.” Our team will transfer your keys and assist you. One hour before pick-up time, you will receive a text message or email with clear instructions and the car's exact location.

III. For the International terminal, Pick up and Drop off your car from Car-Park “D.” Our staff will transfer your keys and assist you. One hour before pick-up time, you will receive a text message or email with clear instructions and the car's exact location.

2) Shuttle service to transfer you to our Car yard at 6-Leonard Isitt Drive, Auckland Airport:

We can provide a shuttle service if you want to collect cars from our car yard. This service costs $15 each way (pick-up and drop-off) and is available 24/7. There is no Airport surcharge applied for this service, and there are no out-of-office hour charges.

I. Book online with pick-up and drop-off locations at Auckland Airport (Leonard Isitt Drive). Your flight details will help us track your arrival.

II. For domestic airport pick-up, exit from Door-7 in front of the Jetstar Check-in area. Our Shuttle vehicle will await you in the rental car pick-up/drop-off area.

III. International Airport: Once you have collected your luggage, please exit from Door-8 in front of the Jetstar Check-in area and walk to the Rental/Shuttle Pick-up and Drop-off area.
