Cross the pedestrian crossing to reach "Off-site Shuttle Transfers" area and wait for our shuttle staff.
STEP - 4
Our shuttle will transfer you to our Auckland Airport branch to collect your rental vehicle

Follow the signs to "Off-site Shuttle Transfers" area and wait for our shuttle staff.

Our shuttle will transfer you to our Auckland Airport branch to collect your rental vehicle
aUCKLAND AIRPORT AFTER HOURS PICK-UP
Our after-hours service allows you to collect your rental car seven days a week. Once your booking is confirmed, we will email you detailed instructions for the after-hours pick-up process.
Your rental vehicle will be ready for collection at our Auckland Airport office at 6 Leonard Isitt Drive, and our staff will transfer you from the airport to our office via our complimentary shuttle service.
Please note that all after-hours pick-ups and drop-offs must be arranged in advance, and completion of our mandatory online check-in is required prior to arrival.
You can return your rental car 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you simple step-by-step instructions for the return process.
You can return the vehicle to our Auckland Airport office at 6 Leonard Isitt Drive, and our complimentary shuttle service will transfer you to Auckland Airport.
While we prefer returns during business hours so our friendly team can assist you personally, we understand that travel plans can change, and we’re happy to accommodate your schedule.
